Our rugged, cost effective design is a simple solution to improve overall steam quality. The SCK Series can remove large amounts of liquids and solid contamination. The standard 70ZZ disposable cartridge is rated at 98% removal of 0.01 micron liquids and solids. An automatic steam trap is recommended to constantly drain condensation.
Re-cleanable stainless steel sintered filter elements are also available, designated (01, 03, 10, 25, 50, 100 & 200) with a 98% removal rating. Grade 25 is recommended for removal of fine pipe scale and bulk condensate. The 25 micron provides high performance while allowing generous flow through the system.
